Safety
At Adjustable Forms, we strive to create an environment where the well being of our employees is our first and foremost priority. The strength and solidarity of our safety program is synonymous with our growth and success as a company. From our field crews all the way up to our project management, a safety-driven mindset is essential to meeting our goal of zero incidents. This goal is exemplified by our worker's compensation experience modification rating history. Since 1994, Adjustable Forms has consistently been rated at, or below, 0.77. Seven out of ten of those years have earned a rating at or below 0.60.
By executing our work in a safe environment, we are able to realize benefits in all aspects of our business. First and foremost, we are able to ensure the safety and security of our employees. Secondly, we are able to retain our project team knowing that they feel safe each day on an Adjustable Forms site. Finally, our safety program allows us to be more competitive as a company by receiving lower insurance rates and reliable field productivity.
A strong safety program starts with strong, safety-conscious leadership. Our Director of Safety ensures that our Safety Policy is implemented in all aspects of our work. Through communication with both the field personnel and office management, safety issues can be identified, and more importantly prevented.
Educating our field employees of these issues is the first step in prevention. Each of our superintendents has completed extensive OSHA training. Particular safety emphasis has been placed on areas such as crane safety and hoisting, first aid, CPR, flagging, personal protective equipment, and fall protection.
Having the right safety equipment is just one way we can ensure total project safety. We are able to stay on the forefront of safety technology and equipment. From hoisting safety to fall protection, Adjustable Forms works diligently to provide the proper safety equipment.
